Carbon nanotubes
Carbon fiber tubes, also known as carbon fiber tubes or simply carbon tubes, are made by impregnating carbon fiber composite materials with styrene-based polyester resin, then heating and curing them through pultrusion (winding). During the manufacturing process, various profiles can be produced using different molds, such as carbon fiber round tubes, square tubes, sheets, and other profiles of various specifications. During production, a 3K weave can also be incorporated for surface packaging and aesthetics.
Characteristics of Carbon Fiber Tubes:
1. High Tensile Strength: The strength of carbon fiber is 6-12 times that of steel, reaching over 3000 MPa.
2. Low Density and Light Weight: The density is less than 1/4 that of steel.
